The Position
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Account Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery for one of our key customers. Working closely with the customer, operational teams and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure that day-to-day activities run smoothly, service levels are consistently achieved and any issues are resolved quickly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building positive customer relationships.
Shift pattern – Predominantly a 7am – 3pm shift but may be adjusted to 9am – 5pm for cover. There is also Nightshift cover available – including a 20% uplift on salary.
Salary: £26,780.00

The Responsibilities
First point of contact for worker queries/ issues
Coaching and mentoring workforce
Driving engagement on the shopfloor
Identifying and delivering retraining where needed
Ensuring H&S standards are adhered to at all times
Accident Investigation
Completing Return to Work interviews
Attending and delivering daily shift briefs
Responsible for absence and performance management
Processing holiday/ leavers forms
Conducting exit interviews
Focus on shop floor presence to drive productivity
Responsible for management of new starters
Must be confident in challenging conduct issues and issuing coaching forms
Responsible for 1st stage investigations and disciplinaries
Managing worker bookings daily in line with the client’s requirements and adhering to parameters that are set
Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
Managing absence, attendance and performance.
Dealing with colleague’s queries
Good planning and organisation skills
