In this role, you will support the delivery of our trade marketing plans across key retail partners, helping to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion in-store and online. The position is based in our London offices (3 days a week).

You will play a vital role in ensuring our products are showcased effectively across all retail channels, supporting launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns for our consumer electronics range.

Key Responsibilities

Retailer Marketing Support:

Manage day-to-day marketing activities for key retail accounts, ensuring execution aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.

Promotional Campaigns:

Support planning and execution of promotional campaigns (both online and offline) with retailers — including banners, landing pages, point-of-sale materials, and store displays.

Product Launches:

Coordinate launch assets, briefs, and timelines to ensure new product introductions are supported with strong trade activation.

Content & Creative Management:

Liaise with internal creative teams and agencies to deliver engaging retailer content — including product imagery, copy, and digital assets.

Budget & Administration:

Track spend and support trade marketing budgets, ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently and within budget.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights to improve future activations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, brand marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all retail touchpoints.

Retail Visits & Merchandising:

Support store visits to review brand execution, identify improvement areas, and strengthen retailer relationships.

Skills & Experience

1–3 years’ experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or retail marketing, ideally within consumer electronics, FMCG, or durable goods.

Strong understanding of retail environments — both e-commerce and physical stores.

Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.

Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and retail partners.

Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite or data dashboards is a plus.
