The role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, APJ Partner Marketing to build the regional partner marketing engine from the ground up. This is a builder role for a regional generalist: you will cover every partner type in the region—distributors, resellers and VARs, ISVs and technology partners, and strategic alliances—recruiting new partners, activating them with high-touch programs, and converting that activation into deal registration and co-sell pipeline. You will adapt global programs for the markets of Asia Pacific and Japan, from Singapore and ASEAN to Japan, Korea, India, and ANZ, and work day-to-day with regional sales, channel, and field marketing counterparts.

You will be remotely from Singapore. Expect 25–30% travel across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

Regional partner marketing plan: Own the APJ partner marketing plan, aligned to regional pipeline and booking targets, translating the global partner marketing strategy into in-market programs.

Partner recruitment and activation: Run the motions that bring new partners in and make them productive—partner roadshows, executive dinners, partner days, and activation campaigns—with deal registrations as the measure of success.

Co-marketing with priority partners: Plan and execute joint campaigns, events, and content with the region’s highest-potential partners, including in-region activation of the NVIDIA alliance and distributor programs.

Transactable offers: Take offers built on Nebius to market through partners, giving newly recruited resellers something to sell from day one.

MDF and co-sell programs: Manage regional MDF from planning through partner execution and ROI, and support co-sell activation with the APJ sales team.

Field marketing and sales alignment: Coordinate with APJ field marketing and sales on regional campaign calendars, target accounts, and shared events; you will operate with a dotted line to field marketing for in-region co-execution.

Localization: Adapt global messaging, campaigns, and co-branded assets for local languages, market dynamics, and partner relationships.

Measurement: Track partner-sourced pipeline and deal registration at the campaign level, and report regional partner marketing performance against plan.

We expect you to have:

10+ years of B2B partner or channel marketing experience, with substantial time owning APJ or multi-country Asia Pacific scope.

Experience at enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or data platform companies—you know how technical products move through distributors, resellers, and alliances.

A track record of building regional partner marketing as a first or early in-region hire, executing global programs locally without local headcount around you.

Fluency across the full partner spectrum: distributors, VARs, SIs and GSIs, ISVs, and strategic technology alliances.

Hands-on MDF experience—program design, partner execution, claims, and ROI reporting.

Demonstrated results tying partner marketing to pipeline: deal registrations, partner-sourced opportunities, and co-sell wins.

An AI-augmented operating style—you use AI tools across content, research, and campaign development to produce the output of a much larger team.

Fluent English; additional regional languages are a plus.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

Working knowledge of the AI/ML ecosystem—GPU compute, model training and inference, and the buyer personas around them (CTOs, ML engineers, AI researchers).

Experience marketing within the NVIDIA partner ecosystem or with NVIDIA MDF.

Experience launching transactable cloud offers or marketplace motions through channel partners.

Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin language skills.
