Total Rewards Lead
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Director, People, our Total Rewards Lead will oversee the strategy, design, and execution of Agility’s employee rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, equity, and workplace perks. This role ensures that our rewards programs are competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with business goals, talent strategy, and company culture. They partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to attract, retain, and motivate employees through comprehensive and data-driven rewards offerings.
About The Work
Designs and manages compensation structures, salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and pay equity initiatives
Uses market data and analytics to inform compensation and benefits strategy
Proactively evaluates market trends and employee feedback to recommend and implement changes to compensation, benefits, equity, and perks programs, ensuring the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
Oversees employee benefits programs such as healthcare, retirement, wellness, leave policies, and vendor relationships
Leads equity and stock-based compensation programs and administration, including grants, refresh cycles, and employee education
Works alongside the Sr. Organizational Effectiveness Manager to design perks and recognition programs that enhance employee experience and engagement
Supports HRBPs with performance and compensation review cycles, promotion planning, and workforce planning initiatives
Ensures compliance with employment laws, tax regulations, and governance requirements
Drives communication and change management related to total rewards programs
About You
10+ years of experience leading total rewards strategy within technology startups, with deep expertise across compensation, benefits, equity, and employee perks; experience supporting both public and private companies is strongly preferred
Experience managing equity and stock-based compensation programs
Proven experience proactively assessing market trends and recommending innovative changes to stay ahead of the competitive landscape
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Excellent cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management skills
Passion for leveraging and improving HR technology platforms, including HRIS, compensation planning, and people analytics tools; experience working with AI-powered tools such as Claude is a plus
Experience with Workday and Fidelity a plus
Brings an infectious positive attitude, collaborative energy, and strong sense of humor

Location
This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future.
Anticipated Base Salary Range
$145,000—$227,000 USD
