KPI & Metrics Alignment: work with marketers to define the key metrics and KPIs for each program, and document definitions, data sources, and methodologies so reporting stays consistent.

Data Hygiene & Quality: check data for gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies before it reaches reports, and track down the cause with the owners of each tool.
