About the Role

As a Temp Director, Global Event Operations, you'll be responsible for managing the global migration of regional events to one website location, ensuring operational readiness across all regions by 2027.  This leader must balance high-level strategic planning with a meticulous focus on execution and content detail to drive operational excellence and clear customer journeys that accelerate product adoption.

Responsibilities:

Global Tooling Migration: Lead the transition of regional digital event platforms to one centralized web location.

Content Management: Execute the email migration across all regions and oversee the onboarding of regional content to a centralized site, ensuring local markets have ready-to-use content.

Process Standardization: Implement and oversee speaker content collection process for global regions, ensuring post-event takeaway content is pushed via email and published directly to a centralized website platform to maximize engagement.

Operational Excellence: Drive the global model transition to ensure all regions are fully integrated under the new standard by Q1 2027.

Content Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end flow of event content, from speaker collection to digital publication on a singular website platform.

Cross-Regional Coordination: Work closely with regional leads to prepare their local markets for the platform transition.

Work with cross-functional teams internally - Product Marketing Managers, Product, web and email campaign ops and MarTech teams.

Drive operational efficiency by standardizing event execution processes, documentation, and cross-functional workflows.

Act as a primary bridge between strategic planning and production teams to ensure flawlessly executed events that meet high brand standards.

About You

The essentials:

10+ years of experience

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, experience with project management methods

Demonstrated ability to translate complex strategic objectives into actionable program plans and measurable outcomes.

Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and influencing stakeholders at various levels to achieve common goals.

Technical project management using web and email platform systems

Adept at anticipating challenges, mitigating risks, and proactively developing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

Monks has provided an hourly rate that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The rate offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Hourly Rate

$80—$90 USD
