The Task Lead will serve as a representative of DCISE executive leadership and provide technical leadership and oversight for efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements. The Task Lead will be responsible for the quality, efficiency, and successful execution of assigned technical efforts, while supporting financial and business processes as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI.

5 years of experience leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.

5 years of experience supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.

5 years of experience using scanning tools (e.g., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning, perform queries, pivot on indicators, and analyze malware characteristics, including Message-Digest Algorithm 5 (MD5), Secure Hash Algorithm 1 (SHA-1), file size, file name, and file paths.

5 years of experience with intelligence analysis processes, including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and closed-source intelligence gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge.

5 years of experience conducting malware and network analysis, including identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, encoding techniques, and encryption methods and understanding how they are used by Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) actors.

Preferred Qualifications

8 years of experience leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.

8 years of experience supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.

Maryland Pay Range

$180,000—$220,000 USD
