Technical Architect

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Technical Architect in our Expert Services team, you will serve as a deeply technical advisor delivering outcome-based solutions across the customer lifecycle. You will own complex technical workstreams, specializing in integrations, data strategies, and use case design to unlock the full value of the Braze Platform.

In this role, you will:

Partner with Sales, CS, TAMs, Product, and Engineering to rapidly understand client requirements and accelerate time-to-value.

Design complex, secure technical solutions, architectures, and scopes of work tailored to unique customer needs.

Guide customers through technical onboarding, SDK/API integrations, and advanced strategic use cases.

Troubleshoot complex technical obstacles, document custom integrations, and establish engineering best practices.

Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML and advocate for new practices that enhance platform capabilities.

WHO YOU ARE

Demonstrated track record in technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, TAM, or Implementation Consultant.

Strong technical background managing complex environments with deep domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile, APIs, and Programming.

Proven experience designing and articulating complex data/system architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Resourceful problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguous priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
