You will actively approach the market, partner with hiring managers and stakeholders, and participate in a range of initiatives that generate the talent influx needed for Super Technologies Group to continue to grow.
What the role involves
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and define current and future staffing needs.
Devise and proactively roll out creative talent acquisition initiatives to attract the right talent at the right time, including content writing and publishing, direct search campaigns, recruitment marketing programmes, and organising events.
Source qualified talent by actively reaching out to the market using a direct search approach, and follow up on applicants introduced through applications, referrals or partners.
Screen and assess applicants using behavioural interviewing techniques, check references, plan and support interviews and practical cases with the business, and guide both applicants and stakeholders through the recruitment process.
Prepare remuneration packages in consultation with HR Total Rewards, in accordance with the salary classification system, and negotiate offers through to closure.
Ensure accurate recording of actions in the ATS, and manage efficient administrative registration and onboarding of new hires in partnership with HR Operations, IT and hiring managers.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with staffing partners, universities and colleges, and career or networking event organisers.
