About the Role

At Nex, we believe that how we hire is just as important as who we hire. As Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist , you'll be part of the engine that makes that possible — ensuring every candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experiences a hiring process that's thoughtful, fast, and human.

You'll partner closely with our US and Hong Kong Talent Acquisition teams, connecting the dots across interviews, feedback, and offers so nothing falls through the cracks. This role calls for someone who thrives on details, moves quickly without losing warmth, and understands that a great candidate experience is built one touchpoint at a time.

Beyond interview logistics, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to recruitment projects and process improvements, gaining exposure to broader talent acquisition operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centric, scaling organization and wants to be part of building an exceptional hiring experience.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator position.

What You'll Do

Own interview scheduling and post-interview debriefs across US and Hong Kong offices and time zones, keeping candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams aligned from first call to final round.

Collect and consolidate interview feedback to help hiring teams make faster, better-informed decisions.

Manage job postings end-to-end — drafting, publishing, updating, and closing requisitions across platforms.

Keep candidates informed and engaged on their application status throughout the process.

Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate.

Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards for the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.

Support new hires through onboarding, helping them land smoothly in their first weeks.

Contribute to recruitment planning, including research on job titles, compensation benchmarks, and market trends.

Get involved in broader TA initiatives and projects as they come up, gaining exposure to different areas of Talent Acquisition.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines effectively.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and agile, with the ability to respond effectively to last-minute changes.

Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) i.e. Greenhouse

Collaborative team player with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, able to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders

Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while independently managing responsibilities

Able to work hybrid (min. 2 days/week) in San Jose, CA
