Workplace Experience Coordinator
About the Role
As Engine grows, our local offices serve as high-energy hubs for our in-person sales teams while supporting a largely remote workforce. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of your local hub, blending operational excellence with a high-performance culture. You will ensure the office is a seamless utility, a strategic asset, and a center for connection that drives performance.
You will own the day-to-day experience for our sales teams, partner with local leadership to foster engagement, and lead the execution of in-person moments that bring our distributed team together.
This role is based in our downtown Denver office and requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST.
Your Mission
Office Experience: Own the workplace experience for the local office, including day-to-day operations, facilities, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure a premium standard.
Performance & Culture Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to the Sales Director to foster a high-performance, high-engagement sales culture through morale-boosting initiatives and celebrating team achievements.
Budget & Resource Management: Own the local facilities and supplies budget with diligent cost approvals, managing inventory for kitchen essentials, weekly lunches, and office resources.
In-Person Programs & Events: Support local offsite and visitor programs; serve as the local expert for venues and activities to create exceptional experiences for visiting remote employees.
Onboarding & Lifecycle: Facilitate the workspace set-up and in-person onboarding for new hires, serving as a primary resource for employees and a warm welcome for interview candidates.
Space Planning & Standards: Monitor office usage patterns to optimize layouts and manage seating arrangements or reservation systems as the team scales.
Safety & Compliance: Coordinate with vendors and building management to ensure the office meets all regulatory and safety standards
What You'll Bring to Engine
Experience-led operator: 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, or office management, with a track record of turning operational strategy into execution.
Collaborative and trusted: You partner effectively with leadership and are known for good judgment, high empathy, and consistent follow-through.
Logistics-minded and detail-oriented: You can manage budgets, vendors, and complex moving parts without losing sight of the employee experience.
Program builder: You enjoy creating repeatable systems and playbooks that help a vibrant workplace run smoothly from scratch.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, all roles receive equity. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include an annual bonus. Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
Base Pay Range
$66,810—$92,500 USD
