Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing needs, and solve problems independently.

Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for candidates and internal partners.

Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and workplace tools.

Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information professionally.
