We at Coforge are hiring a Systems Validation & Certification Engineer to support software certification and validation activities on cloud-native platforms. The role focuses on system validation, test execution, platform configuration, documentation, defect management, and automation development to support application certification and lifecycle re-validation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze application requirements and certification criteria.
Create and execute validation and certification test plans.
Validate applications running in Kubernetes-based environments.
Configure and troubleshoot platform, networking, and deployment issues.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and reusable validation assets.
Document configurations, test evidence, and certification results.
Identify, analyze, and track defects using Jira and related tools.
Collaborate with development teams, platform engineers, and external partners.
Support continuous improvement of validation and certification processes.
Participate in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Scripting experience using Python.
Experience with system testing, validation, or certification processes.
Experience using Git and source control repositories.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create technical documentation and test reports.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-native platforms.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Pytest or Robot Framework.
Understanding of High Availability (HA) environments.
Knowledge of networking concepts and distributed systems.
Familiarity with GitOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
