What Impact You'll Have

Northstrat, a GRVTY company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our Agile development team. The Systems Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and integration a new product that meets customer and technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and operation of complex systems in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design: Develop and document system architecture, components, and interfaces to meet project requirements.

System Interfaces: Become an expert in the system’s interfaces and identify key integration points

Collaboration: Work closely with the agile product manager and software developers to ensure system designs align with customer and technical objectives.

Agile Development: Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as iteration planning, iteration demos, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to contribute to team goals and objectives.

Integration & Testing: Support the integration system services with external systems

Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve system issues with comprehensive testing

Documentation: Maintain up-to-date system documentation in confluence, including interface definitions, system diagrams, and mission use cases

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving system efficiency and scalability through innovative approaches and tools.

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or another STEM field

8-10 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar).

Familiarity with DevOps practices

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Active TS/SCI Clearance and ability to obtain Poly

The pay range for this position is: $140,000.00 - $225,000.00
