Pagaya is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Global IT Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of our global endpoints, SaaS applications, identity access platforms, multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure), and underlying containerized infrastructure across multiple global sites.

You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal security posture (SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance), zero-touch device provisioning, multi-cloud operational efficiency, and seamless end-user access, while delivering exceptional technical support across macOS, Microsoft, and cloud environments to our global workforce.

Responsibilities

Join a high-performing Global IT Team providing seamless support, infrastructure reliability, and IT operations for Pagaya’s global employees across various regions and time zones.

Support, maintain, and troubleshoot core cloud operations across AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Azure, including DNS management, IAM policies, VDI, and basic containerized infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).

Administer Okta SSO, Lifecycle Management (SCIM, MFA, FastPass), and enforce strict access policies aligned with global compliance standards (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001).

Manage and optimize Jamf Pro (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows) for Zero-Touch onboarding, software deployment, encryption, and patch compliance.

Partner directly with the Business Applications team to streamline user provisioning, manage SaaS access lifecycles, and support cross-tool integrations (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, Slack) while ensuring unified identity and access management.

Maintain core infrastructure including Google Workspace, Fortinet appliances, Aruba ClearPass, and cloud DNS setups with email security controls (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Partner with Security/GRC teams for patch and vulnerability management, execute change requests via Jira (ITSM/ITIL framework), and participate in CAB reviews.

Explore, adopt, and integrate emerging IT automation and AI tools to streamline global day-to-day operations.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Analyst in a modern tech or global corporate environment.

Hands-on experience administering and supporting core services across major cloud environments (AWS, GCP, and Azure).

Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals, including Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) environment management and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience administering Okta (SSO, SCIM, MFA, Lifecycle Policies).

Proven experience managing Jamf Pro (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows) at scale.

Direct administration of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.

Hands-on experience with DNS management, domain configuration, and mail security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Working knowledge of SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 standards, alongside ITSM/ITIL ticketing procedures (Jira).

Advantages

Hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT (Managed File Transfer) or similar automated/secure file exchange platforms.

Experience collaborating with Business Applications / Enterprise Apps teams on user lifecycle automation and application provisioning.

Scripting/Automation skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for infrastructure management and daily IT tasks.

Experience working as part of a distributed Global IT team across multiple time zones.

Network infrastructure hardware experience with Fortinet and Aruba ClearPass.

Experience implementing or utilizing AI tools to automate IT processes.
