As the Structural Group Leader on our Industrial Facility Engineering and Design team, you will provide leadership and guidance to a talented group of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in mentorship, team development, strategic planning, and building strong client relationships while connecting daily project work to broader team and organizational goals. This position plays an important role in fostering collaboration, supporting employee growth, and driving successful project delivery across a wide range of industrial projects.
Primary Responsibilities:

8+ years of structural engineering experience, including industrial facility projects.
Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or a related field is preferred. An associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered.
