Strategy Manager
The role
Nebius is looking for a a Strategy Manager to join our central Strategy team — a company-wide center of excellence that connects the dots across the organization and brings facts and analysis to top management. You will own high-visibility workstreams at the heart of how Nebius plans and performs: the company KPI framework, headcount planning across departments, and cross-functional strategic projects. The AI infrastructure market moves weekly — this role is for someone who thrives on speed, rigor and ownership.

Your responsibilities will include:
Design and run the company-wide KPI framework: define metrics with department leaders, track performance, and report insights to executive management
Drive headcount planning and forecasting across departments — top-down targets, coverage assessment and quarterly phasing, working closely with HR and Finance
Lead strategic projects end-to-end: market and competitor assessment, business cases for new products, geographies and partnerships, M&A support
Consolidate company-wide strategic initiatives — align cross-team plans, surface insights across departments and validate that initiatives add up
Prepare board- and executive-level materials: clear narratives, crisp recommendations, quantified trade-offs
Run primary research: expert-network interviews, customer surveys and voice-of-customer analysis to ground recommendations in evidence
We expect you to have:
3-5+ years of experience in fast-paced environment: in strategy consulting — MBB, Tier-2, or a specialized firm with deep exposure to TMT, investment banking / VC, or in a corporate strategy / BizOps role at a high-growth AI-native company
Hands-on experience with KPI, performance-management frameworks and headcount / org planning
Experience developing corporate strategies for hypergrowth companies and/or value creation plans
Strong financial acumen: fluent in P&L logic, unit economics and business cases
Executive-level stakeholder management: you can align senior leaders, navigate resistance and drive cross-functional processes to closure
Excellent written and verbal communication in English — you can distill complexity for a C-level audience
High ownership and work capacity: you take topics end-to-end, thrive in ambiguity and keep pace in a fast-moving environment
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Exposure to cloud, AI infrastructure, data centers or adjacent markets
Exposure to M&A, integration or investor-facing work
VBA or Python for analysis
