As a Strategy and Ops Associate you will play a critical role in supporting key initiatives that drive strategic and operational excellence across Turing. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-impact projects, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to senior leaders.

What you’ll do:

Support one or more strategic initiatives by assisting with research, analysis, and execution.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM, product, engineering, and data science, to align on project goals and ensure seamless execution.

Conduct detailed data analysis to identify insights, track performance metrics, and inform decision-making.

Assist in creating project plans, defining success metrics, and monitoring milestones.

Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying challenges, brainstorming solutions, and implementing process improvements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership to communicate progress and outcomes effectively.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles at a high-growth startup or consulting firm.

• Familiarity with project management, operations, or analytics.

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
