Sr Marketing & Proposal Coordinator
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Proposal Coordinator:
Work independently in the Apex office in Boise, ID, or Salt Lake City, UT, in close collaboration with our nationwide Marketing & Proposals team, in pursuit of new work, with an emphasis on projects in Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming.
Assist with the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications and help with go/no-go discussions
Lead proposal outline preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussions
Develop compelling firm qualifications, proposals, and presentation materials in support of Apex’s business initiatives. Includes layout, writing, and coordination.
Assist with the writing, cataloging, and updating of project materials, such as profiles, team resumes, and client references.
Produce proposals in person, as needed, from Boise or Salt Lake City.
Travel to client locations to deliver proposals, as needed.
Support special events and trade shows, on occasion.
Perform tasks to ensure the quality of Marketing materials, such as proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews.
Update the client relationship management (CRM) system and related databases.
Fulfill other Marketing tasks as needed.
What we're looking for:
Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketer in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry or other professional services fields.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent writing and copyediting capabilities
Strong communications skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles
Highly motivated, willing to be part of our Apex team and enhance our marketing efforts
Ability to work in person in the Apex office in Boise, ID, or Salt Lake City, UT, and travel for related Marketing tasks, such as proposal delivery, on occasion.
Valid driver's license, safe driving history and reliable transportation.
