Sr. Manager, Operations Communications
About the Role
CoreWeave is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI Cloud companies. Our Chief Operating Officer’s organization is the driving force behind our physical buildout, including operations, supply chain, global expansion, IT and infrastructure delivery. In this role, you will shape the COO's voice and lead the communications that keep a large, in-office and in-field workforce aligned around strategy and execution. As a member of the Communications team, you will work closely with the COO and their leadership team, serving as a trusted advisor who helps contextualize CoreWeave’s market story while deepening employee engagement around major business and operational priorities.

What You’ll Own
Executive Voice & Counsel
Serve as a strategic communications advisor to the COO, anticipating needs, identifying opportunities, and providing counsel on audience, timing, tone, and channel.
Build and manage the COO's organizational narrative and message architecture.
Prepare the COO for All Hands meetings, employee engagements, and other key internal moments.
Partner with External Communications on all activities involving the COO, including preparing for speaking engagements with messaging and content development, executive prep and briefing materials, and coordinating with third parties on requirements, logistics, and scheduling.
Partner across Marketing to create a brand strategy for physical operations and infrastructure.
Internal & Employee Communications
Draft and edit high-impact communications that translate strategy, operational priorities, and major decisions into clear, impactful communications, to a large, distributed and operationally critical workforce. These may include remarks/talking points, business updates, Q&As, leadership messages, and video scripts, delivered via a range of channels.
Lead communications through change, including major initiatives and leadership transitions, with context and confidence.
Strengthen employee understanding, engagement, and alignment across the COO’s organization.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure communications are accurate, aligned, audience-aware, and connected to broader company priorities.
Measure and monitor employee comms effectiveness to understand what is resonating, identify gaps, and continuously improve communications effectiveness.
Establish internal communications planning and review processes that enable speed, consistent execution and flexibility in a growing organization.
What You Bring
12+ years of experience in executive, internal, or strategic communications, including significant experience supporting C-suite executives in a complex, cross-functional organization.
A track record of simplifying technical or operational complexity for a broad audience.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the judgment and discretion required to handle sensitive information.
Fluency in AI tools and comfortable using them to streamline day-to-day tasks.
Experience in AI, cloud, enterprise technology, or another fast-moving, highly technical industry is preferred.
Experience supporting communications for infrastructure-intensive businesses such as data centers, energy, manufacturing, industrial technology, logistics, telecommunications, or similar is a plus.
The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
