Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

Essential Job Duties

The Sr. Demand Marketer  is responsible for defining and leading the strategy, execution, optimization, and long-term growth of BambooHR's Review Sites marketing program. This role serves as the subject matter expert for the channel, independently developing strategic plans, managing investments, evaluating performance, and identifying new opportunities that drive qualified pipeline and support company growth objectives.

As the owner of the Review Sites strategy, this individual influences cross-functional priorities by partnering with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Procurement, Legal, Sales, and Customer Experience to improve channel performance, customer advocacy, and business outcomes. Success requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and the ability to independently translate company goals into scalable marketing initiatives while continuously evolving the channel through experimentation and data-driven decision making

You will:

Own the long-term strategy, roadmap, execution, and optimization of BambooHR's Review Sites marketing program.

Develop annual and quarterly channel strategies that align with departmental priorities, revenue objectives, and company OKRs.

Independently evaluate channel performance and identify strategic opportunities to increase pipeline, improve lead quality, and maximize marketing investment.

Manage channel budget, investment strategy, forecasting, and resource allocation, making recommendations based on business performance and expected return.

Serve as BambooHR's subject matter expert for Review Sites, identifying emerging trends, competitive opportunities, and evolving best practices that influence marketing strategy.

Build and manage executive-level relationships with third-party review platform partners, leading business reviews, contract discussions, and long-term partnership planning.

Design and lead experimentation strategies that improve conversion rates, customer engagement, pipeline contribution, and overall channel efficiency.

Analyze performance across Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, GA4, Integrate, platform reporting, and other marketing systems to uncover actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Influence cross-functional initiatives by partnering with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Marketing, Customer Experience, FP&A, Procurement, and Legal to improve customer advocacy programs, attribution, campaign execution, and operational effectiveness.

Present strategic recommendations, investment decisions, business cases, and performance insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Establish scalable processes, documentation, reporting frameworks, and governance that improve operational efficiency and enable future channel growth.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

4+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, digital marketing, channel marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related B2B SaaS marketing discipline.

Demonstrated experience developing channel strategies that support business objectives and deliver measurable pipeline or revenue impact.

Experience independently owning a marketing program or channel with responsibility for strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and business results.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple systems and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting investments, and optimizing spend based on performance and business priorities.

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple departments without direct authority.

Experience managing external vendors and strategic partnerships, including business reviews and contract discussions.

Advanced project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives while independently managing long-term strategic work.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous environments.

Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, Power BI, or comparable CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
