Software Engineer - Full Stack

As a Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will work collaboratively within an Agile environment to deliver customer-facing user experiences that empower self-service analytics, monitoring, and configuration for critical B2B commerce operations. With an emphasis on reliability, quality, security, and customer outcomes, the endpoint solutions you deliver will directly contribute to customer success and help drive our next phase of growth.

Report To: Sr. Software Engineering Manager

What You'll Do:

Research, design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for your area

Champion quality and meet quality requirements for all work, including unit test development, adherence to quality gates, and contribution to test plans

Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues

Collaborate with peers and stakeholders in all aspects of Agile and other team ceremonies

Drive technical research and evaluation of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies

Evaluate and pilot emerging AI-assisted engineering tools and share learnings with the team to improve collective velocity.

Who You Are:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred

6-9 years of software engineering experience

Full-stack development with focus on scalable, secure applications

Backend: PHP 8+, Laravel, API development, unit testing

Frontend: Vue.js 3+, responsive UI development

Databases: MySQL/MariaDB (additionally Elasticsearch, Logstash & MongoDB preferred)

Adept at working with Git (GitHub Actions a plus), containers (Docker), and Apache/Linux

Preferred: TypeScript, Zend/Laminas frameworks

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar) to streamline coding, debugging, and testing workflows.

An eagerness to explore and leverage AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to enhance software development efficiency and drive innovation.
