About the role:

With our continued international growth, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (EMEA) to serve as a strategic partner to our Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership. Reporting to the Director of International Talent, you will be responsible for scaling our regional headcount while building deep, consultative relationships with stakeholders across EMEA.

This is a high-impact role designed for a recruiter who excels at execution but also thrives in the programmatic space—leading initiatives in process optimisation, and employer branding to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Where You Can Make an Impact

Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing to closing, delivering a "white-glove" experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Strategic Partnership: Act as a key advisor to heads of sales and broader leadership, providing data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.

Recruitment Strategy: Own the hiring lifecycle from concept to execution, building scalable solutions that meet the demands of a high-growth tech environment.

Passive Talent Attraction: Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and "hook" top-tier passive talent within the competitive GTM and Sales landscape.

Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends to provide executive guidance and mentor the wider recruiting team on best practices.

Cross-Functional Projects: Lead high-visibility initiatives outside of standard hiring, including regional talent branding (webinars, collateral), diversity programs, and stakeholder training.

Who You Are

The GTM Expert: You have a minimum 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience specifically within dynamic GTM/Sales environments within hyper growth Saas / Tech. (8+ years total experience preferred) + recruitment agency exp before that.

A Master Communicator: You possess the "pitching" skills required to articulate complex value propositions and influence high-level stakeholders.

Data-Driven & Detailed: You have a strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze recruiting metrics to optimize team effectiveness.

Resilient & High-Velocity: You operate with natural grit, tenacity, and a sense of urgency, moving quickly without sacrificing integrity.

Adaptable: You are comfortable managing a diverse req-load ranging from entry-level to executive leadership across multiple European territories.

Education: A BA/BS degree is preferred, but we value experience and a proven track record of success above all else.

Bonus Points

Language Skills: Fluency in French is a strong advantage, as you will play a pivotal role in supporting our SEUR region (French, Italy & Spain) among others.
