Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including Commercial, Customer Success, Product & Engineering, and General & Administrative teams. You will partner directly with hiring managers and business leaders to develop practical, data-driven hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can move confidently between business functions, understand varied talent markets, and advise stakeholders on candidate quality, pipeline strategy, hiring processes, and market conditions. Success will be measured by quality of hire, time to fill, pipeline health, and strong partnership with hiring teams.
This is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on business needs and performance. Conversion is not guaranteed. Recruiting priorities may shift across functions as the needs of the business evolve.
What you’ll do:
Manage full-cycle recruiting across Commercial, Customer Success, Product & Engineering, and G&A, from intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and design structured interviews and scorecards.
Build targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, and engagement of passive talent.
Advise business leaders on talent availability, compensation trends, hiring feasibility, and competitive market conditions.
Own candidate communication and experience throughout the interview and offer process.
Analyze Greenhouse pipeline data, including stage conversion, sourcing effectiveness, and aging, alongside candidate and interviewer feedback to identify risks and recommend action.
Improve recruiting workflows and assessment practices using hiring outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate with TA colleagues to maintain consistent hiring standards and share effective recruiting practices.
Balance competing requisitions and adjust recruiting strategies as business priorities change.
What you'll need:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across a combination of go-to-market, technical, and corporate functions.
Experience in a high-growth SaaS, software, or technology environment strongly preferred.
Proven passive sourcing skills and the ability to build strong pipelines for varied roles.
Sound judgment in assessing role-specific competencies and advising hiring managers on candidate quality and hiring decisions.
Ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly with candidates and leaders.
Comfort using recruiting metrics to diagnose pipeline challenges and inform hiring strategy.
Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS preferred.
Ability to manage multiple searches and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this contract assignment will be provided during the recruiting process and will reflect the engagement structure, relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. Any offer of permanent employment, if made, would be subject to a separate offer and applicable compensation terms.
Eligibility for benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, or incentive compensation during the contract period depends on the terms of the applicable engagement or staffing arrangement. If the position converts to permanent employment, the benefits and compensation applicable to that employment offer will be communicated at that time.
