Senior Specialist, FP&A

Responsibilities Will Include:

Work with local business partners and our global finance team ensure financial health and drive business improvement forward.

Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization.

Identify, create and track key metrics in relation to revenue and using the relevant metrics to drive modeling and analysis

Coordinate pipeline analysis/revenue plan/forecast cycle with all key stakeholders

Partner with cross-functional teams to make data simple, accessible, and actionable

Provide data on trends and forecasts to senior management

Provide ad hoc reports and financial modeling for specific asks and questions raised

Produce monthly financial statements, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting to senior management.

Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization

Background Requirements:

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, account analysis, and month-end activities

Fluent English is an essential requirement.

High energy with the ability to work both independently and with superior business partnering skills

You have strong analytical, problem-solving, data driven, and reporting skills.

Ability to multi-task and can prioritize competing demands.

Ability to navigate, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work with various computer systems and large data sets.

Bachelor’s degree completed in accounting, finance, or related field.
