Hours: This is a Full-Time position.

Senior Creative Responsibilities:

Generate clear ideas and produce concepts and executions for traditional and non-traditional media, including 360 big campaigns ideas, innovation, digital & social media best practices.

Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.

Ensure creative concepts deliver against the approved creative brief, as well as brand & product guidelines

Working with other creative Monks around the region to brainstorm ideas, campaigns and win new projects.

Develop and manage all creative executions, including creative and production across all platforms, incorporating consumer insights into the creative process and ensuring messaging consistency across all vehicles.

Take work from concept to final execution ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget.

Present completed ideas to clients/team members & participate in status calls as needed.

QA all creative assets to ensure quality & error-free

Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices, particularly digital & social media

Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution

*Ensure campaign and content reflect consistency, and positivity, towards brand image and company ideals.

Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices.

Anticipate problems and implement solutions to ensure project completion on tight deadlines.

Use data-driven insights to help personalize content across the entire customer journey.

Contribute to improving our workflows, best practices and client relationships across brands.

Working as part of a regional group of Monks, you’ll operate across teams and time zones on projects big and small.

Qualifications for Senior Copywriter:

We’re looking for a professional with more than 5+ years of experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing.

Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities in the areas of graphic design or social media.

Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail on tone of voice and the voice of the brand.

Curiosity of culture and local strategic insights infused into creative work.

Nice to have experience in the FMCG in the Food CPG industry. It's good to have.

You can produce quality content out of thin air as well as based on briefs, strategy and input written by others.

You have a proven ability to tackle the same topic from a variety of angles by combining creativity with critical thinking;

Your analytical approach means you ask the right questions and make sense of complex content and marketing strategies.

You’re comfortable and capable of presenting work to clients—always able to rationalize your choices and considerations to win people over with your words.
