Senior Sourcer, Enterprise Sales
We are looking for a Recruiting Sourcer to play a key role in the continued growth and success of Datadog by finding exceptional talent. The Senior Sourcer will partner closely with Recruiters to develop creative and tailored strategies to engage passive candidates. You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process, playing a critical role in identifying great candidates and telling the Datadog story.

What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for our most senior and hard-to-fill roles, using LinkedIn Recruiter, our internal CRM, sourcing campaigns, past event attendee lists, and other channels
Promote open roles internally and partner with employees to surface talent in their networks
Build and run the sourcing strategy for each search - set the approach, test and iterate on outreach messaging, and track progress against the data
Partner directly with hiring managers up to the executive level: set expectations at kickoff, report progress with data, and reset the strategy as needed
Research non-obvious talent pools to reach candidates who would otherwise stay off the radar
Map the talent market: where our target talent works, how it moves, and which companies are losing people
Own sourcing events and projects end to end, from planning through follow-up
Who You Are:
7+ years of sourcing experience at a search firm or on an in-house recruiting team
An early adopter who uses AI and new tooling to work faster, and improves the process
Experienced partnering with senior stakeholders, and able to use data to manage expectations and influence hiring decisions
A clear communicator who moves with urgency and pays attention to detail
Someone who consistently converts passive prospects into engaged candidates
Able to work independently across multiple open roles at once
Curious, creative, and driven by results
