ABOUT THE ROLE

Our sales team keeps rocking each month; as our sales operations specialist, you will play a big role as part of the sales coordinator function of bridging the needs of sales teams to complete the paperwork process to close the deals.

YOUR MISSION

Support the Sales and Business Operations team in Europe with administrative matters (e.g., preparation of NDA/MOU, filling up information of vendor information etc).

Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.

Liaise with the legal and finance team advisors on all contract matters.

Housekeeping of the Salesforce system, including ensuring all new and existing contracts are up to date; also, regular maintenance and clean-up of data in Salesforce.

Monitor and follow up on payment terms and contract validity with clients.

Actively track the progress of deals.

Assist with scheduling of meetings.

Conduct business correspondences internally and externally.

Draft basic accounting documentation.

Conduct training for future new joiners at onboarding stages.

Build new reports for management or other departments.

Work on recurring reports.

Support on partner-related documents.

Participate in team improvement or cross-department projects.

Assist on any ad hoc tasks as required by the team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 2 to 5 years of experience with sales operations (understanding the sales cycle, processes and overall needs from the sales team).

Degree in business and management or equivalent work experience.

Proven and significant experience in administrative support in a professional, fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Solid communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data tools (Power BI).

Prior experience working on Salesforce or other related CRM systems.

Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility.

Strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and willingness to work with top professionals.

Meticulous and well organised.

Possesses a keen to learn attitude and is a team player.

Fluency in Italian or German along with English.
