Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and related technologies.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, ECR, CodeArtifact.

Work with GitHub and GitOps for version control and deployment automation.

Develop and deploy microservices using Kubernetes and ArgoCD.

Integrate and optimize services with AWS S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.

Work with Kafka for event streaming and JWT authentication for secure API access.

Create, manage, and query databases using DynamoDB and Oracle.

Generate reports using Jasper Reports.

Troubleshoot and monitor application performance with Splunk.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Skills & Experience

8–10 years of software development experience.

Proficiency in Java 8, 17, and 21.

Strong experience with GitHub, GitOps, and CI/CD tools.

Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, ECR, CodeArtifact, Secrets, S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch).

Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and Kubernetes.

Experience with JWT authentication and ArgoCD.

Good understanding of Kafka, DynamoDB, and Oracle databases.

Familiarity with Linux environments.

Experience with Jasper Reports for reporting solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
