The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our AMER Revenue Operations team led by Director Revenue Operations who manage a team of 8 people covering AMER, APAC & EMEA Scope. Together, you'll be driving Mirakl's growth by aligning go-to-market strategies with data-driven operational excellence across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.

Your Impact

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will partner closely with AMER sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align on key strategies and operational plans, providing critical data-driven input to support decision-making.

Partner with sales and marketing leadership to support the U.S. Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and align initiatives across departments.

Support Account Executives with complex pricing modeling and configurations, ensuring accurate proposals and profitability.

Identify and build lightweight, scalable automations across CRM, sales, marketing, and productivity tools to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and streamline GTM processes — leveraging AI models and automation tools.

Drive best practices in data quality within our systems and continuously identify opportunities for operational improvements, process efficiency gains, and sales productivity increases.

Develop and advance sophisticated quantitative analyses, translating internal and external data into actionable insights for leadership.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Revenue Operations role, preferably in a software or high-growth e-commerce company

Proven track record of translating complex data into strategic insights that drive business decisions

Demonstrated ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices

Experience building or improving GTM processes across cross-functional teams

Skills:

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce), as well as the Google Suite

Familiarity with AI models and automation tools to drive operational efficiency

Excellent written and oral communication skills across all levels of an organization

Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results

Below you will find the reasonably estimated annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role. OTE reflects total target compensation, reflective of base salary and variable compensation (e.g., commission or bonus). Your starting compensation within this range will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and education, with any future adjustments informed by role scope, performance, and internal pay equity. OTE Pay Range

$120,000—$152,000 USD
