Senior Revenue & Cost Analyst

About the Role

As the business grows and introduces increasingly sophisticated financial products, we are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our financial data ecosystem: improving cost and revenue collection methodologies, strengthening reconciliation processes, and driving deeper analytical insight for management.

Reporting Line: Head of Business Intelligence

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

Review and redesign existing cost and revenue collection processes from external counterparties

Develop scalable methodologies for integrating new financial products into the accounting and reporting ecosystem

Design automated validation and control mechanisms that improve financial data quality

Review and audit the current Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methodology

Investigate discrepancies and work with Finance, Operations, and Technology to resolve root causes

Manage multiple reporting scopes with varying legal entity inclusion and exclusion rules

Support ad-hoc reporting requests during corporate transactions

Qualifications

Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles

Experience working with General Ledger data

Experience designing reconciliation or financial control processes

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to investigate complex financial data

Experience working with SQL and large datasets

Ability to understand end-to-end financial processes rather than isolated reports

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
