You will translate complex capital markets infrastructure and regulatory requirements into simple, transparent trading experiences for millions of European retail investors. If you are looking for high ownership building Europe’s leading multi-asset investing platform at the intersection of TradFi and fintech, this role is for you.
What you’ll do

Define detailed specifications, user flows, and delivery timelines, serving as the core product lead across cross-functional teams.
Connect front-end investing interfaces with complex back-end technical, operational, and clearing infrastructure, aligning execution with overarching business strategy.
Translate complex regulatory (e.g., MiFID II), market, and clearing topics into intuitive, transparent, and trust-building retail user experiences.
Drive high shipping velocity, task completion, and on-time feature delivery in close collaboration with Engineering and Business Operations.
Partner with UX, Design, and Data teams to continuously optimize product performance and user engagement across all touchpoints.

Solid domain understanding of capital markets, order execution flows, clearing and settlement, corporate actions, and taxation.
Practical knowledge of market infrastructure, including stock exchanges, market makers, custodians, and institutional intermediaries.
Strong data-driven and analytical mindset to inform product strategy.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex financial, technical, and regulatory topics into actionable product direction.
A collaborative, pragmatic, and high-ownership approach suited for a fast-moving environment.
