Senior Product Manager - Payments
The Role
As Senior Product Manager, Payments, you will own the infrastructure and card integrations behind every deposit and withdrawal our players make. You'll lead the build of a resilient, payment-provider-agnostic platform that keeps money moving reliably no matter which market a player is in, giving you a rare chance to shape financial infrastructure at a genuine global scale. It's a high-stakes, high-visibility role: getting payments right is what lets players trust us with their money, and what lets us launch confidently in new markets around the world.
What the role involves
Own the PSP abstraction layer and payment routing engine, giving Super the commercial flexibility to switch and multi-route PSPs based on cost and performance
Define payment lifecycle management and PSP settlement reconciliation so that payment records stay accurate against PSP data and support sound cost decisions
Own card-specific payment infrastructure, including PSP integrations, tokenisation, PCI SAQ-A scope, and 3DS2 authentication flows
Build the jurisdiction-aware configuration layer that turns new-market payment activation into a configuration exercise, supporting Super's expansion to new markets
Define and track payment conversion rate and supporting metrics, such as payment-related support contacts, to measure and improve funnel health
Maintain a clear, structured view of each payment method's capabilities (sync/async, refundable, preauth/capture, push/pull, deposit/withdrawal eligibility) to inform routing and contract design
Partner with other internal teams, commercial partners, and PSP partners to keep the platform layer method-agnostic while individual teams implement method-specific behaviour
Reduce PSP concentration and reliability risk, such as routing failover and settlement gaps, to protect conversion and shrink the blast radius of a single PSP outage
Communicating with management and senior executives about program and product direction, strategy and the operational execution
What we are looking for:
6+ years in Product Management, including experience owning platform or infrastructure products consumed by other engineering teams
Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and architecture, with experience leading or building a PSP-agnostic payment platform, including routing, orchestration, and settlement
Demonstrated ability to conceptualise, launch, and scale platform capabilities in a fast-paced, multi-market environment
Experience building configurable products for multi-market, multi-jurisdiction environments where regulatory constraints are a key product input
Strong bias for action, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and create a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment
Keen analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to build business cases and diagnose funnel or conversion issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build buy-in with senior leadership and partners
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion
Nice to have:
Deep card payments experience - PSP integrations, tokenisation, PCI SAQ-A compliance, and 3DS2 authentication flows
Experience using AI product development tools (e.g. Claude Code/CoWork, Codex, and similar) to accelerate and level up day-to-day PM work
