Senior Product Manager, Lodging Shopping
Your Mission
As part of the Engine team, you'll help drive the lodging shopping experience, obsessing over how customers search, evaluate, and book. This is a role for someone who thinks like a consumer product builder and wants to bring that bar to B2B travel. You'll live in the details of the search results page, the property details page, and everything that happens between "I need a place to stay" and "booked." Here's what you'll take charge of:
Drive the shopping experience roadmap: Shape how customers discover and evaluate lodging on Engine, from search results to property details to the moments that convert browsers into bookers.
Own conversion and retention: Move the metrics that matter. Run experiments across the funnel, learn fast, and compound wins into a shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
Make lodging shopping consumer grade: Raise the bar on the map, filters, page layout, and the first time booker experience so that shopping on Engine feels as good as the best consumer travel products.
Partner across product, design, and engineering: Work closely with cross functional teams to prioritize the right bets, ship quickly, and hold a high bar for craft.
What You'll Bring to Engine
We're looking for someone ready to make a real impact on one of the most visible parts of Engine:
Experience: Minimum 6 years in product management, with a strong track record of shipping and iterating on shopping funnels. B2C background is a strong plus, especially if you've brought a consumer grade bar to a product. Travel experience is not required.
Experimentation chops: You've run a lot of experiments and know how to design them well. You're comfortable operating in a test and learn environment, reading data critically, and knowing when to trust a result versus when to dig deeper.
Consumer grade instincts: You have taste. You notice the small things that make a shopping experience feel great or feel off, and you push your team to close the gap.
Judgment: You have conviction and aren't a pushover. You can tell an engineer or a stakeholder "no" and explain why, and you help make hard prioritization calls and stand behind them.
Presence and agency: You show up as a peer to strong design, engineering, and commercial partners. You don't hide behind "the team thinks." You take accountability for your part of decisions and outcomes.
Applications for this role will be accepted through 11/5/2026 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.
