Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager I, you drive product strategy, expansion, and execution to power growth across Housecall Pro products. You serve as an expert practitioner accountable for driving product and commercial strategy through cross-functional influence, portfolio ownership, and business impact. You partner daily with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to establish the vision, backlog, and frameworks that move our product roadmap forward rapidly and efficiently.
You make tough, high-impact decisions that shape business outcomes, bringing strong analytical rigor, deep customer empathy, and sharp design instincts to every initiative. You take ownership of your product area, optimizing how customer feedback and business inputs translate into delivered value for our service professionals (our Pros). What you do each day:
Define product vision and strategy for your focus area, aligning market opportunities with business goals and customer needs
Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and synthesize customer feedback to inform product priorities
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to validate and execute impactful product solutions
Guide user flow design and wireframing while partnering with go-to-market teams on positioning, pricing, and operational execution
Lead roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning for distributed engineering teams
Establish key performance indicators, adoption metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure feature success and product health
Drive product execution alongside engineering partners, resolving friction points to maintain rapid delivery momentum
Oversee feature launches in coordination with Marketing, Sales, and Operations for seamless go-to-market execution
Monitor post-launch adoption, analyze usage data, and iterate quickly based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
Drive team efficiency and output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management
Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch
Experience working with large enterprise organizations and complex functional requirements
Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, and user experience principles
Experience with product analytics and growth stack tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $128,000-$161,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
