Senior Product Manager, B2B (Auth0)
Auth0 is an easy-to-implement, authentication and authorization platform designed by developers for developers. We make applications’ login boxes safe, secure, and seamless for anyone logging in.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise Federation team. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering teams to shape the future of Auth0's core B2B platform.
We need a creative, engineering-minded leader to uncover and solve the complex operational realities our customers face when deploying high-scale, multi-tenant B2B applications on Auth0. As the owner of the "front door" to Auth0 B2B, you will directly shape how our enterprise customers—and their end-users—experience our platform.
Core Responsibilities & Ownership
You will lead two critical product areas:
Enterprise Connections: A suite of pre-built connectors that integrate workforce Identity Providers (IdPs), enabling a seamless onboarding experience for enterprise B2B customers.
B2B Connect: An innovative offering that allows Auth0 to be deployed on top of—rather than instead of—a customer's existing IdP.
In addition to managing these areas, you will:
Drive Modularization: Focus on modularizing Auth0’s B2B offerings so customers can quickly adopt high-value features without needing a full identity migration.
Lead the Standards Roadmap: Deepen your understanding of regional and vertical identity standards to build, drive, and propel a highly competitive standards roadmap.
Deliver Incremental Value: Bridge long-term product vision with practical execution—layering and prioritizing features based on market demand to deliver continuous value.
Champion Developer & Admin Experience: Focus relentlessly on creating frictionless, delightful experiences for B2B administrators and software developers at every touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For
Domain & Engineering Mindset: Comfort navigating the technical complexities of identity, multi-tenant architectures, and enterprise federation.
Strategy + Operational Rigor: Ability to blend high-level strategy with tight execution and structured roadmapping.
Customer & Market Empathy: Instincts for understanding how enterprise requirements differ across global regions and industry verticals.
Agile Product Leadership: Proven track record of shipping iterative value, learning from telemetry/feedback, and refining strategy on the go.
Support & Environment
You won't be doing this alone. You will be supported by a dedicated team of business agility, program, and product experts equipped to give you the tools, framework, and autonomy you need to succeed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Do hands-on research and prototyping of identity and tenancy solutions and market tests for viability.
Deeply embed yourself in B2B software development, understand how multi-tenant SaaS is built, the common pain points, and be able to articulate challenges and opportunities in the space.
Own the B2B Standards Roadmap and understand the Vertical and Regional implications
Think through how our customers integrate with us, and how we separate features and functions
Work with our engineering and design team to build actionable requirements, APIs, and detailed specifications to enable engineering execution.
Build roadmaps and compelling business cases that articulate your product direction, financial strategy, and downstream alignment.
Follow our PDLC (Product Delivery Lifecycle) to drive a complete vision, while upholding the highest standards in security, architecture, and design.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
4 years of experience leading as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering.
8 years of experience working in technology/IT/Software
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or has completed an Engineering Bootcamp program within the same time frame.
Experience developing on, or working within, B2B SaaS applications.
Deep understanding of Identity and Directory Protocols including OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
Design of APIs and detailed specifications to enable engineering execution.
Practical experience working with data and tools to analyze data (SQL/BI Tools).
Ability to use modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate your work, without generating slop.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
Hands-on experience with agile development tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong human/people skills to conduct deep-dive customer interviews.
Ability to travel within the US or Canada for customer conversations or research.
