Senior Product Design Specialist

Role Overview

A versatile professional combining strong design execution with deep user research expertise. Capable of leading UX/UI design for Crypto trading products, while leveraging qualitative research to drive design decisions — covering the full loop, from identifying problems to delivering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design: Lead UX/UI design for Crypto trading products across Web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery.

User Research: Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to uncover user behaviors and needs.

Insight-Driven Decision Making: Translate research findings into actionable design solutions and product recommendations that shape product direction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to balance business objectives with user experience goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Design, HCI, or UX-related fields; overseas study experience preferred.

3–5 years of UI/UX design or user research experience with end-to-end project involvement.

Excellent bilingual communication skills (Chinese & English), able to distill complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Proficient in Figma, AI, and mainstream research & analytics tools.

Strong product thinking and interaction design mindset; able to understand business context and independently produce design solutions.

Passion for or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 preferred.

Experience in growth design or AI-related design is a plus.
