Manage client feedback and approval processes, consolidating input and translating feedback into clear, actionable direction for internal teams.
Partner with creative and discipline leads throughout the production process to protect the integrity of the work while balancing scope, timing, budget, and feasibility.
Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and potential roadblocks, bringing forward solutions and escalating appropriately before they impact delivery.
Manage project financials, including budgets, burn, forecasts, scopes of work, change requests, and other financial documentation.
Partner with the VP, Group Account Director on account planning, financial management, client health, and opportunities to strengthen and grow the relationship.
Identify potential opportunities for additional work by staying close to client priorities, upcoming needs, and emerging business challenges.
Lead project casting and resource planning in partnership with creative, discipline, and operational leads, ensuring the right mix of talent is aligned to each assignment.
Monitor team capacity and upcoming demand, proactively surfacing staffing needs and resolving resource conflicts in partnership with leadership.
Maintain visibility across concurrent projects and workstreams, connecting dependencies and priorities across the broader account.
Establish and continuously improve production processes and ways of working that increase clarity, efficiency, collaboration, and quality.
Foster strong collaboration across disciplines and create an environment where teams have the clarity, support, and structure needed to produce their best work.
