Senior PHP Engineer

Nexaminds is actively looking for a Senior PHP Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that power our applications. You should have deep expertise in PHP and a strong understanding of modern frameworks, best practices, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications we are looking for:

5+ years of experience in PHP development

Proficient with PHP, MySQL, Unit Testing, Vue, Javascript, HTML

Strong experience with a modern PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, Zend, etc.).

Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).

Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience with frontend technologies (Vue.js, React) is a plus.

Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub portfolio.
