Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Your mission

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist at Bitpanda, you will add immediate, hands-on execution capacity to our performance marketing rebuild. You will run high-quality campaigns across core paid channels, turning data into fast, disciplined optimization. By directly managing day-to-day execution and structured testing, you will play a crucial role in acquiring high-quality customers and driving scalable commercial outcomes.

What you'll do

Build, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns across agreed paid acquisition channels.

Manage daily pacing, budgets, bids, audience targeting, and overall campaign hygiene.

Run structured creative and landing-page experiments driven by clear, actionable hypotheses.

Produce accurate, decision-useful performance reports while collaborating with Analytics to refine tracking and data interpretation.

Share actionable platform insights and execute campaign updates rapidly without compromising control or quality.

Who you are

You are a highly hands-on operator across paid social, paid search, and/or app acquisition, possessing deep expertise in at least one of these areas.

You are fully capable of independently building, QA-ing, pacing, and optimizing campaigns without relying on external agencies for core execution.

You evaluate campaign performance based on cohort data and true customer quality rather than solely relying on platform-reported conversions.

You consistently run clean tests, document your learnings, and seamlessly turn creative or audience insights into your next experiment.

You are highly rigorous with tracking, budgets, and operational hygiene, and you thrive when working closely with Analytics and Creative teams.
