Senior OpenText ECM Consultant

Requirements:

OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM experience

Configuration of workspaces, folders, categories, attributes and metadata

Permissions and role-based access model

Document lifecycle, versioning and audit trail

Search configuration and findability principles

Workflow design and configuration

Migration preparation: mapping, cleansing, validation and test migration

Integration understanding with ERP, SharePoint, Office 365, email and file shares

Understanding of records management, retention and compliance requirements

Ability to translate business requirements into Content Server configuration

Nice to have:

OpenText Extended ECM for SAP or other ERP systems

OpenText Archive Center / Records Management

OpenText Directory Services / OTDS and SSO

OpenText WebReports

OpenText REST API / integrations

OpenText AppWorks or workflow automation

Experience with Azure / Microsoft 365 environments

Experience with information security standards and access governance

Experience from industrial, mining, manufacturing or engineering environments

Responsibilities:

Lead discovery and design workshops

Recommend best-practice OTCM design

Identify risks early

Define solution options and consequences

Produce implementation-ready requirements

Support or lead configuration

Guide junior consultants

Communicate confidently with customer stakeholder
