Role Overview
As the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you own a meaningful media budget and lead a portfolio of performance marketing channels focused primarily on demand generation programs that create net-new demand and awareness among our target audience. You set strategy, manage budget allocation, lead a team of performance marketers, and optimize campaigns across channels including paid social, direct mail, creator and influencer marketing, affiliate, and other emerging acquisition strategies.
As Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution, using data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive scalable growth while maintaining strong efficiency guardrails. You partner closely with Creative, Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Product to build a full-funnel acquisition engine, improve channel performance, strengthen measurement, and identify new opportunities for growth.

What you do each day:
Lead a team of performance marketers across paid media and acquisition channels, setting priorities, performance expectations, and team goals
Own and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid social, creator and influencer marketing, direct mail, affiliate, and emerging acquisition channels
Manage and optimize a $20M+ annual media budget to drive scalable customer acquisition, revenue growth, and efficient return on investment
Analyze full-funnel performance and translate channel, customer, and financial data into strategies that improve customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion, and incrementality
Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels and acquisition strategies that create net-new demand and expand HCP's growth opportunities
Partner with Creative to translate customer insights and performance data into high-velocity creative testing, clear briefs, and stronger campaign execution
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional partners to strengthen the full-funnel acquisition engine
Design and execute structured experimentation across creative, audiences, offers, targeting, landing pages, and channel tactics
Own reporting, performance forecasting, and investment recommendations for the channels within the portfolio, communicating results, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
Manage agency, vendor, platform, and partner relationships while identifying emerging tools, capabilities, and approaches that improve performance
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with 2+ years leading, coaching, or developing marketing professionals
Experience managing material marketing budgets across multiple channels, programs, product lines, markets, or audiences, with demonstrated ability to allocate investment and optimize performance across a complex portfolio
Strong expertise in paid social advertising platforms and performance marketing tools (i.e. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
Strong analytical fluency across full-funnel marketing metrics, including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, attribution, testing, and forecasting
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $134,000-$160,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
