We're hiring our first Product Marketing Manager to own the story behind a multi-product platform taking on Workday and the legacy payroll incumbents. You'll connect what engineering ships to how the market understands it: positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and the enablement that helps sales win. High-ownership IC role with room to build the function.

What you'll do

- Own positioning and messaging across the platform: payroll, benefits, IT, and everything we add.

- Drive product launches end to end. The Series B announcement and the launches behind it are an early, visible test.

- Own competitive intelligence. Know Workday, Rippling, Gusto, and the incumbents cold, and arm sales accordingly.

- Build sales enablement: pitch narratives, battlecards, one-pagers, and the materials that close enterprise deals.

- Own how we communicate pricing and packaging as we roll out new tiers and add-ons.

- Be the voice of the customer in product decisions and the voice of product in the market.

What we're looking for

- 4+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with a multi-product or platform story.

- You write exceptionally well and can make a complex product feel simple and inevitable.

- You've owned launches and built enablement that sales actually used.

- Comfortable going deep on a technical, regulated product.

Nice to have

- Fintech, HR tech, or payroll and payments background.

- You've positioned a challenger against an entrenched incumbent.
