Partner with HR technology and knowledge management leads to streamline employee support channels into a single, intuitive entry point.
3. AI Enablement & Workflow Automation
Program manage AI and automation use cases across People Operations in close partnership with AI4HR, HR Tech, IT, Legal, and Privacy teams.

4. Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment
Lead change management strategy, enablement programs, and adoption metrics for new HR tools and operating model shifts.
Align stakeholders across HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and IT through clear governance, communication rhythms, and executive updates.
