Network Operations Manager, Contracting
About the Role:
Maven is looking for a Network Operations Manager who will support Maven’s network contracting function and network operations. This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of network partnerships—from identifying and vetting new partners to negotiating agreements and ensuring continued amendment management.
You will be the engine behind how Maven evaluates and contracts with network partners, bringing structure and consistency to a function that is critical to our growth. You are a natural relationship builder who is equally comfortable in a contract redline as you are in a partner call, and you know how to balance speed with rigor when building something new. Senior leadership will be available to guide unconventional negotiations, complex rate discussions, and non-standard contract structures, so you can focus on driving the work forward with confidence.
What You’ll Do:
Network Contracting
Manage the pipeline of prospective network partners across fertility and ancillary networks, tracking outreach, status, and next steps from initial contract through executed agreement. Maintain an executive dashboard to regularly report on network contracting status.
Maintain and enforce a structured framework for evaluating and qualifying new network partners, including criteria related to clinical quality, geographic coverage, capacity, and strategic fit.
Nurture relationships with prospective partners throughout the evaluation and contracting process, serving as a trusted point of contact and ambassador for Maven.
Lead the contracting process of new clinic contracts and amendments across the fertility clinic and ancillary partner networks, with additional support to global network contracting as needed.
Partner with clinical, operations, and finance stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with Maven’s operational and quality standards.
Maintain a clear audit trail of contract history, amendments, and communications for each network partner.
Network Operations
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance across all network verticals on an ongoing basis.
Develop standardized templates, evaluation rubrics, and workflows to support effective network operations with network partners.
Partner with network team to supply performance data and analysis that supports network quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and drives ongoing optimization.
Bring structure, data, and follow-through to projects that require cross-functional coordination and a bias toward action.
Support network product lifecycle—from requirements through implementation and post-launch monitoring—for network-facing tools and integrations.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience in network development, provider contracting, partnerships, or a related function in healthcare or digital health
Hands-on contracting experience, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating agreements—a legal background is not required
Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline of partners or relationships, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven results in rate negotiations within guardrails and meeting high volume of contracting targets
Experience creating or improving processes in a fast-moving environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with external partners and align internal stakeholders
The base salary range for this role is $119,000 - $140,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
This role requires active work authorization in the US.
