Senior Manager, Paid Social
About the Role
The Senior Manager – Paid Social role is a team lead role meant for a paid social advertising wizard who loves coaching digital marketers, assisting on strategy & account management and directly managing larger digital ad accounts. You’ll be working at the intersection of online advertising execution and fast start up growth with a fast-growing agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI. You should be confident in your ability to drive improvements in account performance, but also to manage and develop some of our awesome talent.
Responsibilities:
Client & Team Revenue Oversight:
Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for our biggest clients
Manage a team of 1-2 Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers
Revenue & retention responsibilities for team accounts
Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
Analyze performance data and KPIs
Create and deliver quarterly performance reviews for your direct reports
Run weekly team meetings to track progress toward client & team goals
Paid Social & Process:
Maintain excellent standards and quality of service
Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
Assist with and run advanced trainings on new features and services
Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents
About You
The essentials:
4+ years of direct paid social client management including Facebook and LinkedIn advertising strategy development, execution & client relationship management
1+ year in a supervisory role directly managing other digital marketing professionals
Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data in Google Analytics or Facebook Business Manager, and navigating Excel spreadsheets
You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences
You frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeed
Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
‘Driven’ and ‘Innovative’ are attributes commonly associated with you
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Not a must, but a plus:
Directly managed paid search or social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend
Exposure to paid search, paid social, display and remarketing efforts

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
Salary Range:
$85,000—$115,000 USD
