Senior Manager, Customer Strategy & Operations (East Coast)
As a Senior Manager, Customer Strategy & Operations, you will be tasked with serving as a strategic and operational right hand to the Sr. Director of Customer Strategy & Operations, moving fluidly between business intelligence, cross-org program execution, strategy support, and executive decision prep. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and financial acumen, proven cross-functional execution skills, and the ability to operate as an extension of the CCO Office and functional leadership. This leader will have a direct impact on SentinelOne's growth and operational efficiency by driving the highest-priority functional initiatives, owning business intelligence and planning, and supporting the integrated services strategy across internal teams, customers, and the partner ecosystem.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
Drive the highest-priority initiatives across the organization, ensuring work that crosses teams and functions does not stall between orgs; act as an extension of the functional leaders and Customer Strategy & Operations Team, helping prep decisions, frame trade-offs, solve problems that span multiple organizations, and keep leadership focused on what matters most across functions, such as renewals, customer experience, and detection and engineering; drive evaluation, decisioning, and implementation of tooling, automation, and AI, partnering with IT, Product, Engineering, and functional leaders to move from assessment to adoption; and support strategic initiative execution by coordinating cross-functional resources and activities, tracking milestones against plans, and ensuring alignment across services, product, and partner priorities.
Own business analysis and intelligence across key functional areas, including metrics and OKRs, performance tracking, root-cause analysis, and executive follow-up on gaps and opportunities; lead strategic planning and quarterly project management for priority initiatives, ensuring alignment between roadmap commitments, resource allocation, and business outcomes; and own revenue allocation and margin blending analysis for staff and non-staff resources, providing the financial visibility leadership needs to make informed investment and headcount decisions.
Support initiatives that span Services & Partners, Renewals & NRR, and Customer Intelligence & Communications, driving coordination, tracking progress, and escalating blockers; help surface insights and recommendations by synthesizing feedback from the Field, Channel, and Customers alongside key metrics to identify inflection points requiring pivots or enhancements; and support partnership strategy and go-to-market execution by helping evaluate existing partnerships, track prospective growth options, and coordinate activities that align with SentinelOne's product and services goals.
Partner with leaders to translate key organizational initiatives into OKRs and KPIs, establishing measurement frameworks and a cadence of reporting on progress; and provide clear executive-level reporting on initiative progress, business impact, risks, and decisions required, synthesizing data into narratives that drive action.
Build and maintain the operating cadence for the Customer Strategy & Operations function, including executive updates, operating reviews, decision logs, and initiative tracking; develop and refine frameworks, business cases, and analyses that enable the Sr. Director and CCO leadership to make faster, better-informed decisions; and communicate requirements for change effectively and quickly, in alignment with broader corporate goals and culture.
Take ownership over outcomes and continuously identify a better way of doing things where applicable; and identify operational friction and recurring failure points across the CX organization, translating those insights into process, tooling, or organizational improvements.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
7 or more years of experience in business operations, strategy, business intelligence, program management, management consulting, or a comparable role within a technology or SaaS company.
Experience working closely with Services, Renewals, Sales, and Business Strategy organizations.
Strong analytical and financial acumen with demonstrated experience building business cases, financial models, margin analyses, and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations without direct authority, building alignment, tracking execution, and escalating effectively.
Experience operating as a strategic partner to senior leaders, including preparing executive decisions, framing trade-offs, and synthesizing complex operational data into clear recommendations.
Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques, with the ability to translate metrics into strategic insights.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with tooling, automation, or AI evaluation and implementation within customer-facing or operational organizations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
