About the Role

Based remotely and reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Global Logistics, the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement will play a critical leadership role in driving cost savings, service improvement, and operational excellence across SharkNinja's Operations organization. This individual will own the visibility, governance, and execution of initiatives that reduce cost, improve service, and unlock scalable efficiency across the business.

This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Planning, and other key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact opportunities across the Operations expense base. The Senior Manager will own the Operations Efficiency project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, delivered on time, financially validated, and incorporated into forecast updates in partnership with Finance.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a strategic operator who can move seamlessly from executive-level portfolio management to deep analytical problem solving and cross-functional execution.

Other requirements:

Travel required (domestic & international) – up to 20%

Flexible work schedule to accommodate virtual meetings with other regions

What You'll Do

Own the Operations Efficiency Agenda

Lead the Operations Efficiency program across SharkNinja, serving as the central owner for cost savings, service improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations expense base

Develop and manage the Operations Efficiency project portfolio, including opportunity identification, business case development, initiative prioritization, execution tracking, risk management, and benefits realization

Establish clear governance, routines, and reporting mechanisms to ensure initiatives remain on track, roadblocks are escalated quickly, and leaders have visibility to progress, savings, and risks

Act as a thought partner to Operations leadership by identifying where cost, service, process, or organizational improvements can unlock meaningful business value

Drive Cost Savings and Service Improvement

Identify opportunities to reduce Operations Expense while maintaining or improving service levels, customer experience, and operational reliability

Partner with Global Logistics to deeply understand distribution, transportation, delivery, warehousing, carrier, and network cost drivers

Lead cross-functional workstreams focused on improving cost-to-serve, delivery efficiency, network utilization, freight optimization, accessorial management, productivity, and service performance

Translate data and operational insights into actionable recommendations, business cases, and execution plans

Challenge existing ways of working and bring a continuous improvement mindset to how SharkNinja scales operations with speed, agility, and discipline

Partner Cross-Functionally to Deliver Results

Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Planning, Consumer Experience, and other business partners to identify and execute opportunities

Build strong working relationships with Finance to ensure savings methodologies are aligned, benefits are validated, and impacts are reflected in forecast updates, budgets, and financial reporting

Create transparency across initiative owners, milestones, financial impacts, dependencies, and risks

Influence without authority across a fast-moving, matrixed organization, ensuring teams are aligned around common goals and accountable for delivery

Lead Continuous Improvement

Bring structured problem-solving, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods to complex operational challenges

Identify root causes of cost increases, service misses, process inefficiencies, and operational friction

Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and tools that improve how SharkNinja identifies, manages, and delivers efficiency opportunities

Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and speed in delivering operational improvements

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, analytical, commercially minded operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment — equally comfortable building an executive-ready savings roadmap, digging into logistics cost drivers, challenging assumptions, aligning Finance on benefit validation, and pushing cross-functional teams to deliver. This person brings a "CEO mindset" to Operations Expense: seeing the full picture, owning outcomes, making tradeoffs, driving accountability, and relentlessly pursuing better ways to deliver cost, service, and operational performance.

7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or a related field

Experience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, durable goods, or high-growth global operations

Demonstrated experience leading cost reduction, operational efficiency, productivity, or transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, transportation, warehousing, delivery operations, and cost-to-serve drivers

Experience managing a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives with multiple owners, timelines, dependencies, and financial impacts

Proven ability to partner with Finance on savings validation, forecasting, budgeting, or financial performance tracking

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans

Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Background in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process improvement, or operational excellence

Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; experience with ERP/WMS/eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) a plus

Education: An undergraduate degree from a respected college/university, ideally in a discipline relevant to supply chain (e.g., Supply Chain Management or Engineering). A Master's degree in Business Administration or a technical discipline is not required but will further differentiate the ideal candidate.
