Senior Inventory Partnerships Manager (Spanish)
As the Senior Inventory Partnerships Manager, you will own and expand strategic supply relationships across SSPs, media owners, exchanges, and private marketplace partners in Spain. You will cultivate new revenue streams, secure high-impact partnerships, and increase market share by ensuring StackAdapt has access to premium, differentiated programmatic inventory across formats, channels, and platforms.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, using market insight, advanced analysis, and close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to identify ambiguous supply opportunities, shape partner strategy, and translate business needs into scalable commercial outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
Own and grow senior relationships with strategic publishers, SSPs, exchanges, media owners, and private marketplace partners across Spain.
Identify and prioritize emerging inventory opportunities using market analysis, revenue potential, client demand, and product readiness
Develop and sequence comprehensive inventory partnership strategies that unlock new revenue streams, increase market share, and support regional growth targets
Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial solutions, including exclusive inventory access, pricing, deal structures, and joint go-to-market opportunities
Synthesize partner, client, sales, and product requirements, including competing or ambiguous inputs, into clear recommendations and action plans
Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, and industry contacts to launch campaigns, joint ventures, and partner-led growth initiatives
Monitor partner performance, delivery, and revenue impact, proactively resolving complex campaign, technical, or commercial issues for high-value clients
Stay current on ad formats, channels, platforms, tools, regulations, privacy requirements, ad verification, and broader ad tech trends to inform partnership strategy
Act as a senior subject matter expert and force multiplier by sharing best practices, maintaining partner collateral and technical resources, and mentoring peers on inventory partnership excellence
What you’ll bring to the table:
Full professional proficiency in Spanish
7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, inventory development, or another partner-facing commercial role within digital advertising or ad tech
Proven track record of cultivating strategic partnerships, opening new revenue streams, and increasing revenue or market share across multiple EMEA markets (e.g Spain)
Expert-level understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including RTB, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, private marketplaces, publishers, media owners, and regulatory considerations
Strong analytical capability, with experience using market sizing, sales analytics, partner performance data, and strategic planning methods to inform commercial decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders, navigate complex negotiations, and articulate partnership strategy clearly
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, coach or mentor colleagues, and contribute to a high-performance culture while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution
Bachelor’s or Master's degree
The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
