About the Role:

Build and execute digital campaigns on a monthly basis, adhering to clients overall goals

Think of creative solutions to challenges brought on by changes in the digital ecosystem

Project manage various processes across a wide array of clients and internal teams

Optimize campaigns according to campaign objectives on a weekly basis

Create reports and develop strategic insights to present to clients on a monthly basis, and report these insights directly to clients (including leadership and C-suite)

Be comfortable growing existing client budgets and cross-selling to maximize client accounts

Continuously monitor campaigns to ensure KPIs are being met

Oversee the KPIs across an entire automotive brands and its franchises to ensure company stays competitive with given benchmarks

Manage campaigns media spend, and strategically allocate budgets to maximize ROI and meet industry benchmarks

Help facilitate training/onboarding of new employees

May have to manage budgeting for entire portfolio of clients so all team members can ensure proper budget management of their clients

Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and prevent client turnover

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred

3-5 years of experience with digital marketing. (Preferably Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and complete projects within a deadline

Ability to analyze and present data in a meaningful and digestible way

Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.  Emotional maturity

Ability to present to executives and C-suite on the client side and internally

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Detail oriented is a must

Learn, master, and provide valuable product improvement feedback for our proprietary technology platform

May have to manage 1-2 direct reports

Nice to Haves:

Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager)

Programmatic Display, Connected TV, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter experience

Copywriting and strong writing skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits

New York Pay Range: $82,000 - $92,000
